Estrada do Sol caminho do mar: Pedalando do planalto ao oceano

Two cyclists, Claudiney Thomazette and Henrique Fernandes, on a journey to the sea out of the chaotic, noisy, polluted and ungoverned super populated metropolis São Paulo to find moments of freedom, peace, fun, achievement and satisfaction in the realization of a dream, crossing the rote of the Sun by the Serra do Mar, where he still lives some smell of native Atlantic Forest and reach the northern coast of the state.
