It concludes that: the worker is the weakest point in the employment relationship; worker health often suffers negative effects from economic precariousness (salary, benefits, bonuses, etc.), social (recognition, status , etc.) and environmental (unattainable goals, physical, biological and/or chemical risks, etc.) present in the organization of work; The problem of precariousness is old and new, macro and microsocial, the fight against which requires the adaptation of labor regulations to the current reality as well as the restructuring of the supervisory system.
